Charles Ormrod has had a varied career as an IT consultant, ranging from intriguing work in Moscow in the late 1980s on the use of commercial accounting systems in the USSR to chilly weeks in Blackpool implementing NHS pension scheme rule changes in the winter of 2014. In 2016, Charles graduated from the Royal College of Art with an MA in the History of Design, with eighteenth-century ornamental metalware as the subject of his MA dissertation. He now works part-time in the Science Museum Group’s ICT Department
