Heather Chappells

Adjunct Professor and Researcher

Dr Heather Chappells is a researcher on the AHRC Material Cultures of Energy project, based at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She has published several books on sustainable consumption in energy and water systems, including: Infrastructures of Consumption: Environmental Innovation in the Utility Industries (Earthscan, 2005); and, Comfort in a Lower Carbon Society (Routledge, 2009)
