Kierri Price

Dr Kierri Price is a post-doctoral scholar in interdisciplinary medieval history, having completed a PhD jointly through Birkbeck (University of London) and the Wellcome Collection as a CHASE Arts and Humanities Research Council-funded PhD student. Dr Price contributed the discussion of the medieval birthing girdle to the exhibition catalogue; their research focuses on the role of materiality and interactivity in physical and spiritual protection. They are interested in the intersection of medieval studies and modern museum practice, exploring how medieval ideas of interactivity and materiality can inform notions of accessibility and inclusion
