Dr Mieneke te Hennepe is curator of medical collections at the Boerhaave Museum, the National Museum of the History of Science and Medicine, Netherlands. She teaches part-time at Leiden University and is a council member of the European Association of Museums of the History of Medical Sciences (EAMHMS).
