Rebecca Mellor

Dr Rebecca J I Mellor is Assistant Curator of Exhibitions at the Science Museum in London and a research affiliate at the University of York. Her research focuses on classical reception, sexual history in visual arts, digital humanities, and museum censorship. She is a founder and chair of the Science Museum Group’s Gender & Sexuality Network and actively contributes to uncovering queer histories in scientific collections through lectures and consultations
