Dr Robert Naylor is a Lecturer in the History of Science and Technology at the Centre for the History of Science, Technology and Medicine at the University of Manchester, where he is co-director of the Biology with Science and Society programme. His research centres on discursive and material interactions between climate and economy. He is also the Managing Editor of Global Constitutionalism at Edinburgh Law School
